The invention relates to a nano aerogel straw carbon thermal insulation material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of straw ash, 30-50 parts of cement, 5-10 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, 1-3 parts of hydrophilic aerogel, 10-20 parts of short fibers, 5-10 parts of cellulose, 5-10 parts of dispersible rubber powder and 1-4 parts of a water reducing agent. The preparation method of the nano aerogel straw carbon thermal insulation material comprises the following steps: 1) mixing straw ash, cement and short fibers, and uniformly stirring; 2) adding vitrified micro bubbles, hydrophilic aerogel, cellulose, dispersible rubber powder and a water reducing agent into the mixture stirred in the step 1); and 3) uniformly stirring the mixture obtained in the step 2), and packaging. The thermal insulation material has the advantages of integration of water resistance, heat preservation and fire prevention, strong adhesion, ultraviolet resistance,good air permeability and flexibility, no cracking or shrinkage in cold winter, heat insulation and moisture prevention in summer, extremely wide application, simple construction, and good heat preservation, air permeability and flexibility, and contains a surfactant.
