The invention relates to anelectrolytic manganese residue resourceful treatment method. Electrolytic manganese slag is used as a raw material to prepare a multifunctional long-acting composite fillerfor water treatment. The method is low in equipment investment, low in energy consumption and production cost and simple and convenient to operate when being used for treating the electrolytic manganese slag; waste water and waste gas are not discharged in the production process, and secondary pollution is avoided; manganese element recovery and production of the multifunctional long-acting composite filler for wastewater treatment can be synchronously realized, recycling of the manganese slag and "treatment of waste with waste" can be realized, and reduction of influence of the electrolytic manganese slag on the environment is facilitated.
