The invention discloses reactive powder concrete with river sand replacing part of quartz sand and a preparation method of the reactive powder concrete. The reactive powder concrete is mainly preparedfrom the following raw materials in parts by weight (the doping amount of steel fibers is (volume fraction)%): 1 part of cement; quartz sand comprising 0.2 part of coarse sand; river sand comprising0.8 part of medium sand and 0.2 part of fine sand; 0.3 part of silica fume; 0.02 part of a water reducing agent; 0.23 part of water; and 0.75% of steel fibers; the river sand has two particle sizes, the particle size range is 0-0.6 mm, the particle size of the fine sand is 0.16-0.315 mm, and the particle size of the medium sand is 0.03-0.60 mm; and the coarse sand of the quartz sand has the particle size of 0.60-1.25 mm. River sand with two particle sizes and quartz sand with one particle size are selected to increase the compactness of the aggregate, a proper amount of steel fibers are dopedto improve the tensile strength of the matrix according to specific optimized grading, the proper amount of cementing materials is preferably selected, and the workability of the reactive powder concrete is improved. Experiments prove that the reactive powder concrete prepared by the invention is still excellent in performance, convenient to obtain materials and simple to prepare, and the preparation cost is greatly reduced.
本发明公开一种用河砂替代部分石英砂的活性粉末混凝土及其制备方法。该活性粉末混凝土主要由如下重量份数(钢纤维掺量为(体积分数)%)的原材料制成:水泥:1份;石英砂:粗砂0.2份;河砂:中砂0.8份,细砂0.2份;硅灰:0.3份;减水剂:0.02份;水:0.23份;钢纤维:0.75%份;河砂采用两种粒径,粒径范围为0~0.6mm,其中细砂为0.16~0.315mm,中砂为0.03~0.60mm;石英砂的粗砂采用0.60~1.25mm粒径。本发明选用两种粒径河砂和一种粒径的石英砂增大骨料密实度,根据具体优化级配,掺入适量钢纤维提高基体抗拉强度,优选合适的胶凝材料用量,提高活性粉末混凝土和易性。实验证明,本发明制得的活性粉末混凝土性能仍旧优异,而且取材方便、制作简单,大幅度降低了制备成本。
