The invention discloses a white high-durability fair-faced concrete and a preparation method thereof. The fair-faced concrete comprises 240-280 kg/m3 of white Portland cement, 100-120 kg/m3 of mineralpowder, 40-60 kg/m3 of fly ash, 24-70 kg/m3 of silica fume, 24-45 kg/m3 of fine sinking beads, 24-45 kg/m3 of limestone powder, 270-300 kg/m3 of large stone, 500-540 kg/m3 of medium stone, 270-300 kg/m3 of small stone, 650-700 kg/m 3 of sand, 160-240 kg/m3 of water and 3-4.5 kg/m3 of additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding white Portland cement, part ofwater, an additive, mineral powder, fly ash, silica fume, fine sinking beads and limestone powder; after stirring for a first period, adding large stone, medium stone, small stone and sand; continuously stirring for a second period, and adding the residual water, wherein the total stirring time is not less than a third period. The white Portland cement is used as a raw material, a certain proportion of other components are added in the preparation process, the white high-durability fair-faced concrete with ideal appearance color can be prepared on the basis of keeping the mechanical strengthof the fair-faced concrete, the white high-durability fair-faced concrete is formed at a time, and secondary color supplementing is not needed.
