The invention belongs to the field of concrete, and particularly relates to high-flow-state environment-friendly anti-crack premixed concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is preparedfrom the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 300 parts of modified cement, 80 to 100 parts of slag powder, 50 to 60 parts of coal ash, 550 to 700 parts of fine aggregate, 570 to 700 parts of coarse aggregate, 15 to 26 parts of admixture, 2 to 2.5 parts of expanding agent, 1.2 to 3.3 parts of anti-cracking fiber and 170 to 185 parts of water, wherein the admixture comprises a polycarboxylate-type high-performance water reducing agent and a joint filling material. Ceramsite in the modified cement is adopted to ensure the water retention property, the admixture and the water reducing agent are matched to improve and ensure the high cohesiveness, and the expanding agent with a micro-expansion effect and the joint filling material are adopted to ensure the functions of no shrinkage and timely crack filling in the hardening process; and the high-flow-state environment-friendly anti-crack premixed concrete with high cohesiveness, high water-retaining property and micro-expansion property is obtained.
