The invention discloses all-steel mill solid waste component wet-mixed plastering mortar and a preparation method thereof. The mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 4 to 8parts of steel slag micro powder, 2 to 4 parts of desulfurized ash, 4 to 8 parts of superfine slag micro powder, 20 to 25 parts of steel slag granules, 45 to 55 parts of artificial machine-made sand,0.3 to 0.6 part of a retarder, 0.2 to 0.4 part of a plastic stabilizer, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a reinforcing agent and 8 to 15 parts of water. All the raw materials are fully mixed to prepare the mortar.The mortar is high in strength, controllable in opening time and good in working performance, steel mill solid waste is used as a main raw material, secondary pollution to the environment due to thefact that most steel mill solid waste is used as waste is avoided, industrial waste is effectively used, the mortar cost is remarkably reduced, and good environmental benefits and economic benefits are achieved.
