The invention relates to a daub production process and a daub production formula. The daub is prepared from 20-40 parts of any two or more of diatomite zircon sand, kaolin and silicon dioxide, 90-220parts of feldspar powder, 10-20 parts of condensed aluminum phosphate powder, 20 parts of furan resin powder, 140-160 parts of 45-65% potassium silicate solution, 12-15 parts of urea and 0.5-3 part ofcastor oil. The daub is formed by mixing and stirring through multiple processes, the production process and the formula of the daub are prepared by mixing multiple materials, the economic cost is low, the preparation process is simple, and the obtained daub has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and temperature resistance, and is high in overall strength. The daub can resist the corrosion of nitric oxide, sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, ammonia gas, acid mist, chlorine, low-concentration inorganic salt, alkali with the concentration of less than 40%, seawater, soil, salt solution,acid gas and other media at normal temperature.
