The invention discloses an intelligent sidewalk capable of displaying whether pedestrians exist or not. The intelligent sidewalk comprises an infrared laser emitting array arranged at one end of the intelligent sidewalk, an infrared laser receiving array arranged at the other end of the intelligent sidewalk and a plurality of solar spike lamps evenly installed on the intelligent sidewalk. A plurality of infrared laser emitters are uniformly arranged in the infrared laser emitting array, and a plurality of infrared laser receivers are uniformly arranged in the infrared laser receiving array; each solar spike lamp is provided with a solar battery pack, an LED lamp, a control switch and a wireless receiver; and a controller is arranged in the infrared laser receiving array and connected withthe infrared laser receivers, a wireless transmitter is further arranged to be connected with the controller, the controller detects whether the infrared laser receivers receive signals within a fixedperiod or not, if the infrared laser receivers which do not receive the signals exist, the infrared laser receivers which do not receive the signals are connected with the wireless transmitter, and if not, the LED lamp is turned on through the wireless transmitter to flicker or normally light.
