The invention discloses a hydraulic engineering concrete dam leakage repairing and reinforcing grouting method, which comprises the following steps of: determining a leakage part of a dam, and evaluating a leakage crack of the leakage part: when the leakage crack is more than 0.2 mm, performing medium-pressure grouting by adopting a cement-based grouting material, and ensuring that the medium-pressure grouting pressure is 1/2 of the maximum allowable grouting pressure; performing low-pressure grouting by adopting a chemical grouting material, wherein the low-pressure grouting pressure is the minimum value of 1/5 and 0.6 MPa of the maximum allowable grouting pressure; and when the leakage cracks are smaller than or equal to 0.2 mm, directly adopting chemical grouting materials for low-pressure grouting, wherein the low-pressure grouting pressure is the maximum value of 1/5 and 0.6 MPa of the maximum allowable grouting pressure; wherein the chemical grouting material comprises epoxy resin, acrylamide or polyurethane. The hydraulic engineering concrete dam leakage repairing and reinforcing grouting method is suitable for grouting construction of leakage repairing of cracks with various widths of the concrete dam.
