The anchoring device comprises an anchor rod body, an anchor head arranged at one end of the anchor rod body, and a planting cylinder arranged at the end, away from the anchor head, of the anchor rod body; the opening of the planting cylinder is opposite to the anchor rod body; and a plurality of through holes communicating with the interior of the planting cylinder penetrate through the side wall of the planting cylinder. The anchoring device has the effect of improving the water and soil loss problemof the side slope.
