The invention discloses a cast-in-place pipe gallery expansion joint middle-buried type steel edge water stop structure and a construction method. The construction method comprises the following stepsthat 1, two full-length steel bars are tightened to the upper side and the lower side of a steel edge through steel edge holes by means of lead wires; 2, a water stop belt is placed in a mounting space reserved in the bottom plate and is aligned with the center line of the expansion joint; 3, the bottom plate embedding angle of the water stop belt is adjusted, and the stress ribs and the positioning ribs as well as the edge clamping ribs and the positioning ribs are welded; 4,the waterstop is fixed on one side of the unpoured concrete by using a supporting rod; 5, the bottom plate and a waterstop belt at the side wall are installed according to a certain turning radius; 6, after construction of the bottom plate is completed, water stops at the side walls and the top plate are sequentially installed; and 7, during construction of the adjacent sections, the step 1 and the step 6 are repeated, and mounting of the waterstop is completed. The waterproof structure is convenient to install,low in cost, safe, reliable, favorable for improving the waterproof performance of the overall structure of the pipe gallery, especially the expansion joint and good in application prospect.
本发明公开了一种现浇管廊伸缩缝中埋式钢边止水带结构及施工方法,该施工方法包括以下步骤:步骤1、通过钢边开孔用铅丝将两根通长钢筋扎紧于钢边上下两侧;步骤2、将止水带放入底板预留的安装空间并与伸缩缝中心线对齐;步骤3、调整止水带的底板埋入角度,并焊接受力筋与定位筋、夹边筋与定位筋;步骤4、未浇混凝土一侧止水带用支撑杆固定;步骤5、底板与侧墙处止水带按一定的转弯半径安装;步骤6、底板施工完毕后,依次安装侧墙、顶板处止水带;步骤7、相邻节段施工时,重复步骤1‑步骤6,完成对止水带的安装。本发明安装方便,成本低廉,安全可靠,有利于提升管廊整体结构尤其是伸缩缝处的防水性能,应用前景好。
