The invention discloses a desilting device for waterway construction. The desilting device comprises a horizontal plate, wherein a silt scraping mechanism is fixedly connected to the bottom of the horizontal plate; a first vertical plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the horizontal plate; a rotation mechanism is rotatably connected to the front side wall of the first vertical plate; the rotation mechanism is connected with the silt scraping mechanism through a first conveyor belt; a U-shaped desilting box is fixedly connected to the bottom of the first vertical plate; a groove is formed in the inner bottom of the U-shaped desilting box; a filtration mechanism is arranged in the U-shaped desilting box; a free end of the rotation mechanism is fixedly connected with the upper end of the filtration mechanism; and a silt discharging mechanism which is rotatably connected with the rotation mechanism is arranged in the U-shaped desilting box. The desilting device disclosed by the invention is reasonable in structural design, silt can be scrapped off so as to prevent the silt from adhering to the bottom of the waterway to cause difficult cleaning, and the silt can be conveniently discharged and is filtered so as to prevent impurities from blocking a discharging pipe, and thus, the phenomenon of blocking of a filtering screen can be avoided.
