In the well washing and sampling process,cross contamination caused in the water taking process can be effectively avoided, the outer pipe is used for water collecting and settling, and the inner pipe is used for water pumping so that suspended particles in the pumped underground water can be reduced, the double-well-pipe structure does not influence original functions of a traditional underground water monitoring well, such as underground water level measurement, additional protection is not needed, and the underground water monitoring well is not prone to being damaged.
