The invention relates to the field of articles of daily use, and discloses a drainer and a water bucket device. The drainer is mounted on the outer side of a water bucket and used for communicating awater outlet of the water bucket with a sewer line. The drainer comprises a drainage body and a bouncing valve element component, wherein the drainage body is mounted on the side wall of the water bucket and corresponds to the water outlet, the drainage body is provided with a first channel part and a second channel part which communicate the water outlet with the sewer line, and a bouncing control piece is detachably mounted through a valve rod, penetrates through the first channel part and is mounted on the second channel part and used for cutting off or conducting water flow flowing from the water outlet to the sewer line. The drainer is mounted on the side of the water bucket, so that interference with other articles is avoided. Besides, a user operates the valve rod to cut off or conduct the water flow, and hands are prevented from making contact with sewage.
