The invention discloses a tailing dam seepage drainage system. The tailing dam seepage drainage system comprises a plurality of seepage drainage mechanisms, wherein each seepage drainage mechanism comprises a water pump, a water inlet of the water pump is connected with a plurality of seepage drainage main pipes, the seepage drainage main pipes are connected with a collection water storage tank, and the water storage tank is wrapped by plastic materials and concrete. A plurality of S-shaped seepage drainage pipes are embedded at the inclination angle of 30-50 degrees along the portion, with the low outer portion and the high inner portion, of the top of a preliminary dam, the seepage drainage pipes are wrapped by a first layer of geotechnical mat and a second layer of geotechnical cloth, and a 20-30cm inverted filter layer is additionally arranged on the outermost layer. The radiation area of the S-shaped seepage drainage pipes and the radiation area of the vertical seepage drainage pipes are far larger than that of a common seepage drainage device, the S-shaped seepage drainage pipes collect pore water in tailings and flow to the water storage tank, and the water storage tank canpump out the pore water through the water pump at regular intervals and can also flow out of the preliminary dam through the gravity effect to be drained to a dam abutment flood intercepting ditch. Aninstallation frame, a connecting pipe and a vacuum pump are arranged on the top of a tailing dam fill dam, the vacuum pump is started to enable the S-shaped seepage drainage pipes to generate negative pressure, meanwhile, positive pressure is generated through the self weight of the tailings, the pore water outflow speed is greatly increased, and seepage drainage is effectively carried out.
