The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a prefabricated building element connecting and mounting structure. The structure comprises a connecting pipe; an inner shell is arranged in the connecting pipe; a cavity is formed in the inner shell; connecting screws are rotatably installed at the two ends of the inner shell; the connecting screws penetrate through the inner shell; first bevel gears are concentrically fixed to the ends, located in the cavity, of the connecting screws; a rotating shaft is arranged at one side of the inner shell in a penetrating mode; a second bevel gear is concentrically fixed to the end, located in the cavity, of the rotating shaft; the outer end of the rotating shaft extends to the outer side of the connecting pipe; anda rotating block is fixed to the outer end of the rotating shaft.
