The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly type shear wall plate vertical splicing joint. The joint comprises an upper shear wall, a lower shear wall and a splicing structure. The lower joint surface of the upper shear wall and the upper joint surface of the lower shear wall are jointed and fixed by the splicing structure; the splicing structure comprises a splicing side plate, a bottom plate, an upper fixing plate and spinning mechanisms; the splicing side plate is arranged at the joint of the side walls of the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall in an attached mode, and a pin hole is formed in the splicing side plate; the bottom plate is fixed to the upper joint surface in a welding connection manner; and the upper fixing plate is arranged on the lower joint surface in an attached mode, the spinning mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the splicing side plate, and the spinning mechanisms at the two ends of the splicing side plate enable the splicing side plate to betightly attached to the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall through clockwise rotation and anticlockwise rotation respectively.
