The invention relates to a prefabricated external wall panel for combined installation of a light steel skeleton and an installation process thereof. The installation process comprises the following steps that: (1) the light steel skeleton and an outer side protective plate are assembled and fixed to form prefabricated unit bodies with opened inner side surfaces; (2) all the prefabricated unit bodies are assembled on a main body steel structure; and positioning pieces are fixedly connected with the main body steel structure; (3) filling insulation materials are sprayed into cavities formed bythe light steel skeleton and the outer side protective plate from openings of the prefabricated unit bodies; and (4) inner side protective plates cover and are fixed on the inner side surfaces of theprefabricated unit bodies. Through arrangement of the positioning pieces, the external wall panel is conveniently positioned during installing, and all the prefabricated unit bodies are conveniently fixed, so that the staged combined installation mode of the light steel skeleton is realized, and the adaptability to different construction operation environments is improved; and through arrangementof the positioning pieces, the connecting safety of the wall panel and the main body steel structure is improved.
本发明涉及一种组合安装轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板及其安装工艺，其中安装工艺包括如下步骤：（1）将轻型钢龙骨骨架与外侧防护板组装固定，形成内侧面敞口的预装单元体；（2）将各预装单元体装配至主体钢结构，并将定位件与主体钢结构固定连接；（3）由预装单元体的敞口向轻型钢龙骨骨架与外侧防护板形成的腔体内喷射填充保温材料；（4）将内侧防护板覆盖固定在预装单元体的内侧面。本发明通过设置定位件，既方便对外墙板的安装进行定位，也方便对各预装单元体进行固定，实现了轻型钢龙骨骨架分阶段组合安装的方式，提高了对不同施工作业环境的适应性，通过设置定位件还增加了墙板与主体钢结构的连接安全性。
