The invention discloses an aluminum honeycomb plate and an automatic production device thereof. The aluminum honeycomb plate comprises a first layer plate, an aluminum honeycomb core and a second layer plate which are arranged from top to bottom. The aluminum honeycomb core comprises a main body core plate, a plurality of transverse channels which are connected with one another and penetrate through the main body core plate are formed in the main body core plate, and vertical channels which penetrate through the main body core plate are arranged on the transverse channels at equal intervals. The surface of one side of the first layer plate is attached to the surface of one side of the main body core plate through a first hot melt adhesive layer, and the surface of one side of the second layer plate is attached to the surface of the other side of the main body core plate through a second hot melt adhesive layer. First cavity protruding blocks used for being embedded in the vertical channels in a one-to-one correspondence mode are arranged on the first layer plate and the second layer plate. The two sides of the first layer plate and the two sides of the second layer plate extend outwards to form side sealing plates attached to the two sides of the main body core plate, the adhesion area is increased, and stable physical structure locking is formed.
