The invention provides a manufacturing process of a terrace with heavy anti-corrosion performance. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of (1), carrying out terrace polishing treatment, treating a terrace foundation by using a planing machine and a shot blasting machine; (2), brushing a permeable resin primer; (3), laying a steel wire mesh and fixing through steel nails, and tidying joints; (4), uniformly stirring resin, high-strength quartz sand and a curing agent, and blade-coating the mixture on the steel wire mesh; (5), after a mortar layer is solidified, laying a layerof glass fiber felt; and (6), coating a layer of vinyl anti-corrosion self-leveling paint to obtain the terrace. According to the manufacturing process of the terrace with the heavy anti-corrosion performance, the terrace with the heavy anti-corrosion performance is manufactured through the steps of polishing and then coating treatment, and finally the terrace is coated with a layer of vinyl anti-corrosion self-leveling paint, so that the low-roughness plane effect is formed on the surface of the terrace, the anti-corrosion effect of the terrace can be further improved, and meanwhile, a composite accelerator can accelerate the curing of epoxy resin, reduce the curing temperature and shorten the curing time, thereby implementing the self-leveling and anti-corrosion effects.
