The waste removing method comprises the following steps that 1, a construction formwork to be removed is placed on a first conveying device; 2, after the first conveying device rotates by 90 degrees, the construction formwork is conveyed to a vibration removing device; 3, a vibration removing device works to primarily remove waste on the construction formwork located on the vibration removing device; 4, a second conveying device moves the construction formwork located on the vibration removing device to a grinding device; 5, the polishing device polishes the construction formwork located on the polishing device; and 6, the ground construction formwork is moved to a discharging table through a second conveying device; wherein the step 3 and the step 5 can be executed at the same time. The robot can automatically remove waste on the construction formwork.
