The invention discloses a steel bar butt-joint tightening device based on a bidirectional straight thread sleeve and a construction method thereof. In the device, a steel bar fixing support buckles anupper connected steel bar and a lower connected steel bar to be connected through an upper fixing fastener and a lower fixing fastener; two first connecting rods are arranged on a vertical section ofthe steel bar fixing support, the tail end of the lower first connecting rod is connected with a first clamp, and the tail end of the upper first connecting rod is connected with a second clamp; thebidirectional straight thread sleeve is installed at the joint of the upper connected steel bar and the lower connected steel bar to be connected and used for fixing the upper connected steel bar andthe lower connected steel bar to be connected; the upper end and the lower end of the bidirectional straight thread sleeve are clamped through the second clamp and the first clamp respectively; an automatic tightening system comprises the second clamp, and the bidirectional straight thread sleeve is tightened through the automatic tightening system; four second connecting rods are further arrangedon the vertical section to fix the device. The sleeve self-service tightening system is adopted to replace a traditional welding process, efficiency is improved, cost is reduced, and environmental pollution is reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于双向直螺纹套筒的钢筋对接拧紧装置及其施工方法,该装置中:钢筋固定支架通过上下两根固定扣件扣住待连接的上下两根被连接钢筋;钢筋固定支架的竖直段上设置有两根第一连接杆,下方的第一连接杆的末端连接有第一夹具,上方的第一连接杆的末端连接有第二夹具;双向直螺纹套筒安装在待连接的上下两根被连接钢筋的连接处,用于对其进行固定;通过第二夹具和第一夹具分别夹紧双向直螺纹套筒的上下两端;自动拧紧系统包括第二夹具,通过自动拧紧系统实现对双向直螺纹套筒的拧紧操作;竖直段上还设置有四根第二连接杆,实现对装置的固定。本发明采用套筒自助拧紧系统,取代传统焊接工艺,提高效率,降低成本并减少环境污染。
