The invention provides an intelligent construction system. The intelligent construction system comprises a BIM design unit and an intelligent construction unit, the intelligent construction unit comprises a crane for conveying an assembly type steel structure outer wall and a controller for analyzing data transmitted by the BIM design unit to generate a numerical control program. The crane is controlled by the controller to convey and mount the assembly type steel structure outer wall, so that the conveying and mounting efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the construction safety is furtherimproved. The invention provides an assembly type steel structure construction method, and the assembly type steel structure construction method comprises the following steps that models are imported,the installation positions are set, and a relative position relationship between the models is recorded; data required for programming is determined; a numerical control program is generated; the crane is installed according to the relative position relation; and the crane carries out conveying on the assembly type steel structure outer wall according to the numerical control program. The dependence on constructors is reduced in the whole construction process; and compared with a traditional construction mode, the construction method has the advantages of being efficient and safe.
本发明提出一种智慧建造系统,包括BIM设计单元和智能建造单元;所述智能建造单元包括输送装配式钢结构外墙的吊机,和解析BIM设计单元传输的数据生成数控程序的控制器;通过控制器控制吊机输送安装装配式钢结构外墙,提高了输送安装的效率的同时也提高了建造的安全性。本发明提出一种装配式钢结构施工方法,包括以下步骤:导入模型设置安装位置,记录模型间的相对位置关系;确定编程所需的数据;生成数控程序;依照相对位置关系安装吊机;吊机依照数控程序进行装配式钢结构外墙的输送。使得整个建造过程减少了对施工人员的依赖,相比较于传统的施工方式,其具有高效、安全的优点。
