The invention discloses a high-stability double-lifting-lug three-dimensional parking garage chain. The parking garage chain is composed of a plurality of inner chain links, outer chain links and double-lifting-lug-plate outer chain links; the outer chain links and the double-lifting-lug-plate outer chain links are alternately hinged to the two ends of the inner chain links and sequentially circulated to form a closed chain; each double-lifting-lug-plate outer chain link comprises a pair of lifting lug plates, a lengthened pin shaft, a guide wheel assembly and a shaft sleeve assembly; the inner chain links are installed between the upper sides of the pair of lifting lug plates and connected through the lengthened pin shaft; the guide wheel assembly is installed at the two ends of the lengthened pin shaft respectively; and the shaft sleeve assembly is installed between the lower sides of the pair of lifting lug plates. A pair of double lifting lug plates is used for supporting a tray support of a three-dimensional parking garage, a chain with a single lug plate is replaced, and ascending and descending of parking spaces are achieved through annular movement of the chain. Unilateralabrasion is effectively reduced, so that the parking space is more stable in the moving process, and meanwhile the parking space can bear larger vehicle weight.
