The embodiment of the invention provides a power transmission and communication sharing tower based on a 110kV steel pipe pole, and relates to the technical field of electric power towers. The power transmission and communication sharing tower comprises a lightning conductor, a wire, the steel pipe pole, a hoop, an extension arm and a communication antenna. The lightning conductor is installed onthe top of the steel pipe pole. The hoop is sleeved outside the steel pipe pole. The extension arm is connected with the hoop. The extension arm is used for installing a communication antenna. According to the tower with the hearing effect, the network construction cost can be reduced, land resources are saved, repeated construction is avoided, and the utilization rate of the tower is increased.
