The invention discloses an ultraviolet intelligent disinfection and sterilization door handle which comprises a first shell, a second shell, a handle, a lock body and an ultraviolet generator, whereinthe first shell and the second shell are mounted on the front face and the back face of a door respectively; one end of the handle is rotatably mounted on the first shell and the second shell respectively; the lock body is arranged in the first shell and the second shell; and the ultraviolet generator is arranged in the handle; the handle is made of a light-transmitting material, the ultravioletgenerator emits ultraviolet rays, and the ultraviolet rays irradiate the surface of the handle from the interior of the handle so as to disinfect the handle in all directions. The handle is designed to be of a light-transmitting and internally-hollow structure, and the ultraviolet generator is arranged in the handle. When the ultraviolet generator works, ultraviolet rays generated by the ultraviolet generator penetrate through the handle from the interior of the handle to irradiate the outer surface of the handle, so that the purpose of disinfecting and sterilizing the surface of the handle ina 360-degree omnibearing mode is achieved.
