The invention discloses a rock wool filling-based isolation device for a fireproof door. The rock wool filling-based isolation device comprises a wall structure, wherein the wall structure comprises afloor, a ceiling and a door post connected between the floor and the ceiling; the fireproof door which is hollow inside and is provided with an opening in the top is hinged to the door post; the fireproof door is filled with rock wool; a seat plate which is in sliding connection with the top surface of the fireproof door is fixed at the bottom of the ceiling; a through hole which communicates with an inner cavity of the fireproof door is formed in the seat plate; a vacuum groove which is positioned above the seat plate and communicates with the through hole is formed inside the ceiling; the fireproof door is a normally closed door which is opened only when a fire occurs and the fireproof door is maintained; the vacuum groove is filled with supplementary cotton; a simulated vacuum environment is formed in the vacuum groove; and a water outlet mechanism is arranged in the ceiling. According to the fireproof door disclosed by the invention, the failure time of rock wool fillers and a core plate in the fireproof door can be delayed, and the heat insulation and fire resistance of the fireproof door are greatly improved.
