The comprehensive environment control system comprises an ACU control cabinet, a plurality of sensors, a power lighting distribution box, an emergency lighting distribution box and a button control box. The ACU control cabinet is separately connected with the power lighting distribution box and the emergency lighting distribution box and performs signal interaction with the power lighting distribution box and the emergency lighting distribution box; the plurality of sensors are connected with the ACU controlcabinet and perform unidirectional data transmission; and the button control box is separately connected with the power lighting distribution box and the emergency lighting distribution box and performs one-way data transmission. According to the above scheme, environment conditions in the pipe gallery can be monitored through various sensors, a draught fan is automatically started and stopped according to the environment conditions, air quality and normal accumulated water in the pipe gallery can be kept at any time, and the safety of operators is guaranteed.
