The water-saving irrigation device comprises a containingbox, a support, a water collecting cover, a flow guide plate, an induction assembly and an irrigation assembly, wherein the containing box comprises a first shell and a second shell; cavities are formed in the first shell and the second shell, and the upper end of each of the first shell and the second shell is of an open structure; the first shell sleeves the second shell, the opening ends of the first shell and the second shell face the same direction, and the central axes of the first shell and the second shell coincide; and the inner bottom of the first shell is connected with the lower end of the second shell through a plurality of sets of connecting blocks, and the multiple sets of connecting blocks are arranged between the first shell and the second shell in an annular array mode.External rainfall is gathered on the water collecting cover through the flow guide plate, and water gathered on the water collecting cover is guided into the containing cavity through the water collecting cover to serve as water for the irrigation assembly. Standby water is not required to be added to the water-saving irrigation device manually or through a machine, so that the water-saving irrigation device can save water resources and is more convenient to use.
