The invention relates to a manufacturing process of a wooden perforated acoustic board of an architectural decoration board, in particular to an acoustic board blank surface treatment device. The acoustic board blank surface treatment device comprises a rack, a plane sanding mechanism, front blocking mechanisms, a carry mechanism and a concave-convex surface sanding mechanism, wherein the plane sanding mechanism is arranged on the rack, and the front blocking mechanisms are arranged on the rack and located on the two sides of the plane sanding mechanism in a mirror symmetry mode; the carry mechanism is arranged on the rack; and the concave-convex surface sanding mechanism is arranged on the carry mechanism and located above the plane sanding mechanism. The device involved in the process isspecially used for conducting effective attachment and rapid sanding on the three-dimensional concave-convex surface of a triangular three-dimensional board surface, and the problem that treatment isinconvenient due to the structure of the three-dimensional board surface in actual sanding treatment is solved. In addition, sanding treatment machining of the plane end and the concave-convex surface of a core material board blank can be synchronously conducted, thus the treatment process is integrated and simplified, the treatment time is saved, and the treatment efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种建筑装饰板材木质穿孔吸音板制造工艺,具体涉及到一种吸音板板坯表面处理装置,包括机架、平面砂光机构、前挡机构、进位机构和凹凸面砂光机构;所述平面砂光机构设置在所述机架上,所述机架上在位于所述平面砂光机构的两侧镜像对称设置有所述前挡机构,所述进位机构设置在所述机架上,所述凹凸面砂光机构设置在所述进位机构上且位于所述平面砂光机构的上方;本发明提供的工艺涉及的装置专门针对三角立体板面的立体凹凸面进行有效贴合,快速砂光,解决了实际砂光处理时因立体板面结构造成处理不便的问题,另外,可同步进行芯材板坯平面端和凹凸面的砂光处理加工,整合简化了处理过程,节约了处理时间,提高了处理效率。
