The invention belongs to the field of hazardous waste treatment, and particularly relates to an industrial waste salt slag curing agent which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:70%-75% of high-iron sulphoaluminate, 15%-20% of quartz powder, 1%-5% of calcium chloride and 1%-5% of lithium chloride. The invention also relates to a method for curing industrial waste salt slag byusing the curing agent. By adopting the scheme, during curing, silicate, aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide and the like generate a novel aluminosilicate cementing material through an alkali excitationreaction in an alkaline environment provided by cement, and the material has an amorphous and semi-crystalline three-dimensional aluminosilicate structure formed by mutual winding and interaction of Si-O-Si chains and Al-O-Si chains; a large number of Na < + > and K < + > ions existing in the industrial waste salt slag can be embedded into network gaps and are mutually balanced with negative charges in a system, so that solidification of the industrial waste salt slag is achieved; in addition, a large number of cavity structures exist in the three-dimensional structure, other components of thesalt slag can be wrapped in the cavity structures, and the curing effect is further enhanced.
