The invention discloses a gypsum-based terrace paving system with heat preservation and thermal insulation functions and a construction method. The system is characterized by consisting of a heat preservation and thermal insulation layer and a protection layer. The heat preservation and thermal insulation layer is foamed gypsum. A preparation method for the heat preservation and thermal insulationlayer mainly comprises the following steps: 1) preparing gypsum slurry; 2) preparing foam; and 3) preparing foamed gypsum slurry. The protection layer is gypsum-based self-leveling mortar, and pouring is conducted after paving of the heat preservation and thermal insulation layer is completed and setting and hardening are conducted. The heat preservation and thermal insulation layer prepared by using the method has the characteristics of light volume weight and thermal insulation and sound insulation performance; and the protection layer effectively protects the heat preservation and thermalinsulation layer, has the characteristics of smoothness, flatness, high strength and good dimensional stability, and can be directly used for ceramic tile sticking, floor laying and other construction. The whole system effectively saves the cost of raw materials, and is particularly suitable for backfill leveling in interior decoration.
本发明公开了一种具有保温隔热功能的石膏基地坪铺装系统及施工方法，其特征在于，系统由保温隔热层和保护层组成。其中，保温隔热层为发泡石膏，制备方法主要包括以下几个步骤：1)石膏浆体制备；2)泡沫制备；3)发泡石膏浆体制备。保护层为石膏基自流平砂浆，在保温隔热层摊铺完成且凝结硬化之后再进行浇筑。本发明所制备的保温隔热层具有容重轻、保温隔热、隔声的特点，保护层对保温隔热层形成了有效地保护，且具有光滑平整、强度高、尺寸稳定性好的特点，可直接在上面进行粘贴瓷砖、铺设地板等施工。整个系统有效地节约了原料成本，尤其适用于室内装修中的回填找平。
