Warm water curing is beneficial to improving the strength of concrete, relieving the difference between the atmospheric temperature and the surface temperature of the concrete structure, achieving cyclic utilization of water in the water tank, achieving green cyclic utilization of hydration heat and saving resources. A temperature detection device is further pre-buried in the concrete structure, opening and closing of the internal circulation curing pipeline can be adjusted in real time accordingto the temperature conditions of different temperature measurement points in concrete, the whole curing process is more flexible, accurate and intelligent, and the curing effect is better.
本发明提供了一种绿色智能化混凝土养护系统及养护方法，属于混凝土养护技术领域；混凝土结构内部、顶部分别设有多个与水箱连通的内循环养护管道和外循环养护管道，内循环养护管道对混凝土结构内部养护一段时间后，水箱水温上升，此时外循环养护管道工作，将水箱中的温水通过花洒喷洒在混凝土结构表面进行外循环养护；温水养护有利于提升混凝土的强度，缓解大气温度与混凝土结构表面温度的差距，实现对水箱中水的循环利用，还实现对水化热的绿色循环利用，节省资源。混凝土结构内部还预埋有温度检测装置，根据混凝土内部不同测温点的温度情况，能够对内循环养护管道的开关进行实时调整，整个养护过程更加灵活精准且智能化，养护效果更好。
