The device comprises an ultrasonic water washing box body, an oxidation treatment box body, a telescopic mechanism, a power box and an isolation plate. The right side of the oxidation treatment box body is fixedly connected with the left side of the ultrasonic water washing box body; and the telescopic mechanism is located on the right side of the ultrasonic washing box body. The first magnetic guide ring and the second magnetic guide ring are arranged on the surface of the containing pipe, when the first sealing cover and the second sealing cover move in the containing pipe, the first magnetic guide ring and the second magnetic guide ring move along with the first magnetic guide ring and the second magnetic guide ring under the action of magnetic adsorption force, and then a connecting plate, a supporting ring and stirring blades are driven to rotate; therefore, the liquidity of the reaction liquid in the ultrasonic water washing box body is improved, andthe corrosion-resistant reaction effect on the neodymium-iron-boron magnet copper is improved.
