By arranging the picking device and the stacking machine on the rail car, semi-automatic old sleeper picking and stacking work can be achieved, and compared with traditional manual old sleeper recycling, the old sleeper recycling efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor cost and the time cost are reduced.
