The invention discloses a bridge noise reduction and seismic resistance method. A multidirectional displacement comb plate type telescopic device composed of unit structures is used, each unit structure comprises a fixed tooth plate and a movable tooth plate, and when a bridge structure moves longitudinally, a pressing connection mechanism and a sliding box are arranged on the front portion of each movable tooth plate; the requirement for longitudinal displacement of the telescopic device is met, meanwhile, the stress state of a movable plate tooth end is improved, a lever structure is avoided, and a fixed end bolt stress is reduced; and when transverse displacement or rotation occurs, a special anchoring device and a transverse displacement assembly are arranged on the rear portion of themovable tooth plate, and the requirements for transverse displacement and rotation are met through elasticity and transverse gaps of the pressing blocks.
