Thirteen buffer connectingrods are fixedly embedded into the inner sides of the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod at equal intervals; the two sides of the top and the two sides of the bottom of the main protective frame are embedded into second connecting bases on one sides of the supporting columns correspondingly. And four rubber blocks are embedded into the inner sides of every two adjacent supporting columns.
