The structure comprises a positive bending moment area bridge deck slab, steel beams, a negative bending moment area concrete connecting plate, shearing force connecting pieces, a non-combination structure, a bent cap, negative bending moment area longitudinal steel bars and positive bending moment area longitudinal steel bars. The positive bending moment areabridge deck slab and the steel beams form a combined structure to be stressed together; the hogging moment area concrete connecting plate is made of a high-performance concrete material and is arranged above two adjacent steel beams in a spanning manner, and constraint between the steel beams and the bridge deck slab is released through the non-combination structure; and the concrete connecting plate in the hogging moment area is connected with the steel beams through the shearing force connecting pieces at the combining section, and is separated and debonded from the steel beam through waterproof materials such as linoleum and the like at the non-combining section. The rigidity of the continuous section is reduced by releasing the constraint between the bridge deck slab and the steel beams at the support, so that the stress of the bridge deck slab in the hogging moment area is reduced, and the durability and the driving comfort of the bridge are improved.
