The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a fence device for earth excavation in roadbed engineering construction. By arranging the buffer plates and the buffer springs, in the earth excavation process, if soil and stone collide with the buffer plates, the buffer springs behind the buffer plates reduce the collision strength of the soil and the stone, so that the soil and the stone can fall down along the guide grooves, damage to the breast board is reduced; meanwhile, pedestrians are prevented from being hurt when falling on the outer side of the breast board,and the use value and safety of the fence device are improved.
