The bottom face of the shell is sunken upwards to form a containing space for containing the water outlet device, the water outlet device comprises a nozzle and a spray rod, the nozzle is arranged in the containing space, and the spray head is connected with an external high-pressure water pump through the spray rod. The vacuum suction device comprises a vacuum pipe arranged on the shell, and the vacuumpipe is connected with an external vacuum machine; the universal wheels are connected to the bottom of the adjusting device and used for adjusting the distance between the shell and the ground.
