The invention discloses a fabricated concrete crown beam and a construction method thereof. The fabricated concrete crown beam comprises a pile cap (1), a supporting pile (2) and a core column (4), wherein at least two steel bars (6) are arranged at the upper end of the core column (4) and inserted into the pile cap (1) from bottom to top; an iron plate (5) is wound around the core column (4); a gap is formed between the iron plate (5) and the hole wall of a pouring hole; a grouting hole (3) is formed in the position, corresponding to the gap, of the pile cap (1); viscous slurry is injected into the grouting hole (3) and fills the gap; a supporting plate (41) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the core column (4); and a connecting convex block (11) is arranged at one end of the pile cap(1), and a connecting groove (12) is formed in the other end of the pile cap (1). The pile cap and the supporting pile are manufactured into a whole, the mounting efficiency is improved through on-site fabricated mounting, meanwhile, dismounting is convenient, the engineering cost is reduced, solid waste pollution is reduced, and reutilization can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种装配式混凝土冠梁及其施工方法,包括桩帽(1)、支护桩(2)和芯柱(4),在所述芯柱(4)的上端设有至少两个钢筋(6),至少两个所述钢筋(6)均从下向上插入桩帽(1)中;在所述芯柱(4)上绕设有铁板(5),在所述铁板(5)与浇筑孔的孔壁之间存有间隙,在所述桩帽(1)上对应该间隙位置处设有注浆孔(3),在注浆孔(3)注入粘黏浆并充满间隙位置,该芯柱(4)的底部固设有托板(41);在所述桩帽(1)的一端设有连接凸块(11),另一端设有连接凹槽(12)。本发明中的桩帽和支护桩制成一体,现场装配式安装提高了安装效率,同时还便于拆卸,降低了工程成本,也减少了固体废物污染,还能实现重复利用。
