The process comprises the steps of (1) drilling and powder spraying: starting a stirring drilling machine, drilling while a drill bit rotates positively and spraying powder, and spraying a reinforcing material into a stirred soil body through a powder emitter, so that thesoil body and the reinforcing material are fully mixed; (2) lifting and stirring: the drill bit is reversed during drill lifting, rotating and lifting are conducted at the same time, the pipeline pressure during drilling machine lifting is controlled, and foundation deformation caused by too large pressure is prevented according to the principle that air outlet holes are not blocked; (3) secondarystirring: scattering the soil, and fully mixing the soil and the reinforcing material; (4) pile forming.
