The equipment comprises a base, a lifting plate is slidably inserted into an inner cavity of a machine body, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the center of the bottom of the lifting plate, and a pilefoundation placement assembly is arranged in the center of the top of the base. Firstly, the pile foundation penetrates through a pile foundation hooping assembly and is placed on a barrier strip, then the motor is started, the motor drives a rotating rod and a rotating drum to rotate, and when the rotating drum rotates, a sliding rod and the pile foundation hooping assembly are pulled upwards, so that the pile foundation is prevented from deviating when being extruded; after the pile foundation is placed, a threaded rod is rotated to change the position of the lifting plate; due to the factthat the extension of the hydraulic cylinder is quantitative, the extrusion force on the pile foundation can be changed by changing the initial height of the hydraulic cylinder; after adjustment is completed, a locking bolt needs to be screwed into a positioning groove to avoid misoperation of the lifting plate; and after placement is completed, the hydraulic cylinder drives a mounting plate and apressing head to descend to carry out a detection test on the vertical bearing capacity.
