The invention discloses a building or structure deviation rectification construction method based on the bionics principle. A drainage sinking promotion method is combined with a reinforcing jacking method for use, an electroosmosis method or a thermal consolidation method is adopted to perform drainage sinking promotion on one side with smaller settlement of a building or a structure, foundationsoil is reinforced through an electrochemical reaction, and then the large-settlement side of the building or the structure is reinforced and jacked through a post-grouting screw pile method. Water drainage and settlement promotion of a soil body are accelerated through the electroosmosis method or the thermal consolidation method, and the construction period is shortened; and grouting jacking anddrainage settlement promotion are combined, and deviation rectification and reinforcement can be effectively carried out on soft soil foundation buildings or structures. The construction cost is low,the period is short, the construction process is simpler, and the application range is wider.
本发明公开一种借鉴仿生学原理的建筑物或构筑物的纠偏施工方法,联合运用排水促沉和加固顶升的方法,采用电渗法或热固结法对建筑物或构筑物沉降较小一侧进行排水促沉,通过电化学反应作用对地基土进行加固,然后采用后注浆螺旋桩法对建筑物或构筑物沉降较大一侧进行加固和顶升。本发明通过电渗法或热固结法加速土体排水促沉,缩短工期;注浆顶升与排水促沉相结合,可以有效地对软土地基建筑物或构筑物进行纠偏与加固。本发明施工成本较低、周期较短、施工工序更加简易、应用范围更广。
