The device comprises a cultivation box and a reservoir, a plurality of grooves are formed in the outer side wall of the cultivation box, a plurality of water leakage openings are formed in the inner bottom of the cultivation box, the bottom face of the cultivation box is fixedly connected with a filterscreen, and the four sides of the filter screen are fixedly connected with the top end of a blocking net. The bottom end of the blocking net is fixedly connected with the reservoir, the outer side ofthe top end of the reservoir is fixedly connected with a bottom plate, the top surface of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a rain blocking plate, and the rain blocking plate surrounds the outer side of the cultivation box. The filtering device comprises a filter screen frame, the inner side of the filter screen frame is fixedly connected with an activated carbon filter screen, the outerend of the filter screen frame is fixedly connected with the top end of a handle, the activated carbon filter screen is integrally located in the reservoir, and the handle is located on the outer sideof the reservoir. The filtering device can be taken out of the water storage tank through the square through hole in the water storage tank by the handle to be cleaned and replaced, so that the rainwater filtering efficiency is guaranteed.
