The invention discloses a house structure capable of fully utilizing geothermal energy. The house structure comprises an underground buried part, an overground part and a roof part, wherein the underground buried part comprises a geothermal energy leading-out chamber and a sundry chamber, and a geothermal energy pump and a circulating pump are arranged in the geothermal energy leading-out chamber;the overground part comprises a first floor and a second floor inside, a gate and a first ventilation window are arranged on the side face of the first floor, and a second ventilation window is arranged on the side face of the second floor; and the roof part is arranged at the top end of the roof part and comprises a roof slope, a roof truss and a heat preservation interlayer. According to the house structure, fluid containing geothermal energy flows out through the geothermal energy pump and then is led out of a geothermal energy leading-out pipe to the house structure, so that the overground part and the roof part in the house structure fully utilize geothermal energy; geothermal energy is fully utilized to provide temperature and heat conversion for the house structure, a large amountof electric energy for heating is saved, and the resource utilization rate is increased.
