The fabricated floor heating water segregator wall-passing anti-seepage system comprises a partition wall, a water separator and an anti-seepage mechanism, wherein the partition wall is arranged between a room and a toilet, a floor heating layer and a floor layer are arranged in the room, the floorlayer is located above the floor heating layer, and the floor heating layer is arranged on an original building layer; the water separator is arranged above the outer wall of the partition wall and located in the toilet; and the anti-seepage mechanism comprises a floor heating pipeline and a water stop guide beam, the water stop guide beam is arranged at the bottom of the side, close to the toilet, of the partition wall, and the water stop guide beam is located in the partition wall. The floor heating pipeline is connected with the bottom of the water segregator, then enters the partition wall and finally enters the floor heating layer; and the floor heating pipeline is of an integrated structure. Compared with the prior art, the fabricated floor heating water segregator wall-passing anti-seepage system has the following advantages that the leakage phenomenon between the toilet and the room is avoided, the leakage-proof performance is good, and the phenomenon that the room is affectedwith damp or floors are mildewed is avoided.
