The invention discloses a construction method of a pre-assembled roof-support-free stairs. The construction method comprises the following steps of performing conversion design, deepening design and factory manufacturing on steel structure stairs, pre-burying short steel columns and steel beams, installing the steel structure stairs on n layers of concrete structures, constructing n+1 layers of concrete structures so as to form a layer of structural unit, constructing n+2 layers of concrete structures so as to form a layer of structural unit, and installing the steel structure stairs above thelayer of structural unit formed in the step 5. The pre-assembled roof-support-free stairs can be used as a temporary access during construction and a fire fighting access, and additionally, the laborintensity of construction personnel is reduced by adopting the roof-support-free method.
