The invention discloses a portable interlayer transportation tool for a building construction scaffold. The transportation tool comprises a lower transportation shell; a lower clamping groove with anupward opening is formed in the lower transportation shell; a structural pipe is placed on an inner circular surface of the lower clamping groove; an arc-shaped lower overturning annular cavity with an upward opening is formed in the position, at the outer side of the lower clamping groove, in the lower transportation shell; a lower overturning ring is arranged in the lower overturning ring cavityin a sliding mode; a lower overturning opening with a left-downward opening is formed in the outer circle face of the lower overturning ring cavity; a connecting block is fixedly arranged at the right side of the outer circle face of the lower transportation shell; and a rotating connecting cavity which is provided with an upward opening and is left-right through is formed in the connecting block. The portable interlayer transportation tool for the building construction scaffold can be hung on a scaffold structure pipe for building construction, then is automatically clamped and fixed, so that the transportation tool can be freely dragged on the structure pipe, and is portable and high in flexibility; and the transportation tool can transfer articles to the scaffold at the upper side through a swing rod, and the height of the tool can be automatically adjusted in the process of swinging to an upper layer, so that constructors can take the articles conveniently.
