The invention discloses a fiber distribution orientation adjusting controller for fiber cement-based material. The fiber distribution orientation adjusting controller comprises a handle, a brush head,a vibrator, a power source, a single-chip microcomputer, a multi-frequency button and a plurality of indicator lights; a plurality of steel brushes are evenly arranged on the brush head, the handle comprises a handheld shell, and the vibrator, the power source and the single-chip microcomputer are all installed in the handheld shell; and the multi-frequency button and the indicator lamps are allinstalled on the outer wall of the handheld shell, the first end of the vibrator is detachably connected with the brush head, the second end of the vibrator is connected with the power source througha wire, the output end of the multi-frequency button is connected with the input end of the single-chip microcomputer, and the vibrator and the indicating lamps are connected with the output end of the single-chip microcomputer. The proper vibration frequency can be selected according to the viscosity of pulp, the pulp can slowly slide in the ideal fiber orientation direction in a horizontal and linear mode, and the defects of fiber agglomeration or pores and the like in the carding process can be prevented.
